The Court : Leave is granted to the respondent bank-review applicant to file the Vakalatnama and affidavit of competency in the main writ petition to enable the said bank to apply for and obtain fresh certified copy of the order under review being the order dated 18th April, 2022 upon payment of requisite fees since the previous application for certified copy dated 19th April, 2022 could not be finally processed due to non-filing of Vakalatnama and affidavit of competency by the bank in the main writ petition.

After going through the grounds made out in the review application, I find that none of the said grounds conforms to the grounds analogous to those provided under Order 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to permit the applicant bank to succeed in the review application. The challenge in the review application is that the case of the applicant bank is factually different from there in the judgments considered by this Court while delivering the judgment and order dated 18th April, 2022. These grounds do not attract any of the provisions of Order 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The review application is, therefore, dismissed without any order as to costs.

With the dismissal of review application, the connected application is also dismissed.
