...For the Respondent The Court : In the execution petition, a fixed deposit was credited pursuant to an order of this Court. Interest accrued on such fixed deposit.

It is admitted by the parties that, the accrued interest is Rs.1,03,15,595.66/- which the award debtor must make over to the award holder within March 17, 2021.

In such circumstances, the award debtor will instruct his banker to remit the sum of Rs.1,03,15,595.66/- to the award holder, so that such amount is credited in the account of the award holder by March 17, 2021.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the award holder submits that, the award holder will seek relief before the appropriate forum with regard to the award put into execution.

Upon the learned Advocate on record for the award holder submitting a duly authenticated copy of the award put into execution, the Department will return the certified copy of the award filed with the execution petition to such learned Advocate for the award holder.
