The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the above named deceased. The mother of the deceased predeceased him. The widow and son being the legal heirs of the deceased are the joint applicant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.34,80,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
