The Court:- This is an application for extension of time for making and publication of the arbitral award by the Sole Arbitrator. Both the parties are represented and submit that the petition should be treated as a joint petition. It appears that by an order dated 15th December, 2020 the time to make and publish the award has been extended on a prior occasion. In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed. The time to make and publish the award by the Sole Arbitrator is extended for a period of six months from date.
