Re : GA/1/2024 The Court : This is an application filed by the Official Trustee praying for necessary direction upon the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Serampore, District - Hooghly to file a report mentioning the corresponding C. S. numbers of the Dag numbers and Khatian numbers as mentioned in the Schedule of the draft Conveyance being Annexure 'B' to the application. Mr. Sayak Konar, learned Advocate appearing for the Official Trustee submits that since the decree holder has already furnished the details of the land, the present application has become infructuous. In view of such submission, GA 1 of 2024 stands dismissed as being infructuous.

Mr. Sayak Konar, learned Advocate appearing for the Official Trustee submits that the Deed of Release in respect of the properties mentioned in the execution case has already been executed on 23rd July, 2024 before the Additional Registrar of Assurance II, Kolkata. He files a letter being No.OT/140 dated 26th July, 2024 which is taken on record. Mr. Anirban Kar, learned Advocate appearing for the decree holder also informs the Court that the Deed of Release as sought for in the execution case in respect of the properties has already been executed. In view of above submissions, the execution case being EC 314 of 2023 stands disposed of.
