The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the State respondents submits that the District Magistrate, Nadia has already passed an order pursuant to the request made by the petitioner for assistance in taking possession of the secured assets from one Puja Guest House. A copy of the order dated 15th June, 2022, which was communicated to the petitioner on 16th June, 2022, is handed up to the Court.

Since nothing further remains in the writ petition to be decided, WPO/2254/2022 is disposed of in terms of the order of the District Magistrate, which is kept on record.
