For applicant The Court :- This is an application for extension of time to file inventory by the executor in whose favour the probate of the last Will and Testament dated 6th July, 2018 left behind by the deceased was granted on 26th April, 2024.

After considering the grounds for which the executor was prevented from filing the inventory within the time limit provided for the same, I find that the reasons are satisfactory.

The time to file inventory is extended till 30th June, 2025. The inventory should be filed before the department. The department, if approached with such inventory on or before 30th June, 2025, shall accept the same provided such inventory is in proper form and order.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this application. The application is, accordingly, disposed of. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) Sb/
