The Court : The only prayer of the writ petitioners is for a direction on the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta 2 and 3, to pass suitable orders under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, i.e., notice in the nature of possession. The petitioners seek to take physical possession of the secured assets.

The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate is represented. WPO/2256/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent to issue appropriate orders under Section 14 of the 2002 Act within three weeks from date.

The affidavit of service is kept on record.
