Mr. Amitava Majumdar, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents and submits that nothing remains in this matter and the matter be dismissed for nonprosecution. In light of the fact that none is appearing on behalf of the plaintiff in spite of the matter running in the list on several occasions, I am of the view that the plaintiff is no longer interested in pursuing this litigation. Accordingly, this matter was dismissed for default.
