The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner hands up a terms of settlement dated 4th May, 2023 between the petitioner and the respondent of which the disputes between the parties have been settled. Counsel accordingly wishes to withdraw the arbitration petition for appointment of an arbitrator.

AP/375/2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

The photocopy of the terms of settlement is kept on record. Counsel prays that the original terms of settlement may be returned to the petitioner.
