The Court: Mr. Sayantan Bose, learned Counsel, is appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of the letters of administration to the estate of the deceased. The deceased Dr. Sujit Kumar Das died on 20th January, 2023 leaving behind three legal heirs, that is, Smt. Sikha Das wife, Sinjini Das daughter, the petitioner herein and Senjuti Das, daughter.

The two legal heirs that is the wife namely Sikha Das and daughter Senjuti Das have filed affidavit of consent stating that they have no objection for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioner. Considered the submission made by the petitioner. Perused the death certificate, affidavit of consent of all the legal heirs and affidavit of assets. This

Court finds there is no impediment for grant of letters of administration to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the department is directed to issue letters of administration to the estate of the deceased with effect throughout the Union of India upon furnishing bond of Rs. 5 lacks with two sureties. PLA/349/2024 is disposed of.
