It appears from the Report filed by the Department that there is no proceeding pending with the particulars BIFR/55/1988 (Manjusha Paper Mills Ltd & IFCI Ltd. & Ors vs. The Official Liquidator). On the contrary, BIFR/52/1988 pertains to Sri Manjusha Paper Mills Ltd.
