THE COURT:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 23rd March, 2018 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the heirs in intestacy being the son is the executor and the applicant for grant of probate. The other heiress in intestacy being the daughter has consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
