..for the alleged contemnors The Court: The learned advocates representing the applicant and the alleged contemnors have jointly submitted that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 17th March, 2023 on the connected writ petition has been modified by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 19th March, 2024 passed on an intra-court appeal being APO/61/2023. Copy of the order dated 19th March, 2024 is filed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

On perusal of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench, it appears that the order dated 17th March, 2023 passed by the co-ordinate Bench stood modified by the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 19th March, 2024.

Therefore, the contempt application is not maintainable for alleged violation of the order dated 17th March, 2023.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
