The Master/Official Referee of Original Side has submitted the report wherein it is mentioned that there are several defects appearing in the plaint and the same was informed to the learned Counsel for the plaintiff but till date the defects have not been cured.

It is found from record that the suit has been filed in 2015 and since then plaintiff failed to take any steps to rectify the defects and as such CS No. 131 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Subsequently, all pending applications are also dismissed for default.
