It appears to the Court that the assets of the award debtor are outside the Ordinary Original Jurisdiction of this Court. The bank account and the property are all outside the jurisdiction and within the district of North 24 Parganas. The execution case is transferred accordingly to the appropriate civil court having jurisdiction. The office is directed to remit the records to the District Judge, North 24 Parganas so that the matter may be taken up by the appropriate executing court in accordance with law.
