It is stated that because of intervention of Covid-19 pandemic, preparation of inventory and accounts could not be complete in time. There is a long delay, in fact, in preparation of inventory and accounts. However, it is averred that there is no willful or deliberate negligence on the part of the petitioner. Delay is condoned. The petitioner is allowed to file the inventory and accounts in the Department within seven days from date. Accordingly, GA/1/2025 stands disposed of.
