The Court: The innocuous order sought by the petitioner is a consideration of the representation given by the petitioner to the respondent authority. Such representation has been annexed at page 13 of the Writ Petition and is dated May 26, 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the liberty granted by the concerned Division Bench in APOT 245 of 2022, to the effect that it would be open to the appellant (present petitioner) to pursue the other remedies available under law, the representation given to the respondent authority has acquired importance.

In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, no further service is being directed. WPO 1374 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent to decide on the representation dated May 26, 2023 given by the petitioner and annexed at

page 13 of the present Writ Petition, in accordance with law and upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent.
