This is an application for extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate is going to expire on October 1, 2025. 2.

It is submitted that the arguments are complete and the award is awaited.

In view of the progress made before the learned Arbitrator, justice demands that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator be extended. 4.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of four months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.

This application is disposed of accordingly.
