Ghosh, Advocate for the respondent no.8 The Court: It appears that in paragraph 2 of the order dated 20th November 2025 the sentence starting with the words "The petitioners would complain that the construction that is coming up on premises no.76A, Akhil Mistry Lane, Kolkata - 700 009 is illegal and the respondent no.8 has also encroached into the ground floor and the first floor and part of the second floor portion of 76B, Akhil Mistry Lane, Kolkata - 700 009." has been incorrectly transcribed. Let the same be corrected by substituting with the following sentence:

"The petitioners would complain that the construction that is coming up on premises no.13, Raj Chandra Sen Lane, Ward No.49, Borough-V, P.S. Muchipara, Kolkata - 700 009 is illegal and the

respondent no.8 has also encroached into the ground floor and the first floor and part of the second floor portion of 76B, Akhil Mistry Lane, Kolkata - 700 009."

Let the aforesaid corrected sentence be incorporated in the order dated 20th November 2025.

The other portion of the order dated 20th November 2025 shall remain unaltered.
