The Court: IA No. GA-COM 3 of 2025 has been filed in compliance of the undertaking to file a compliance affidavit to bring on record the terms and conditions of settlement.

A prayer has been made for release of the bank guarantee no. 30160IGL0005823 dated 22nd November, 2023 for an amount of Rs. 36,38,270/- and withdrawal of cash security for an amount of Rs. 1,19,615/- along with accrued interest which the award debtor had deposited before the Registrar, Original Side, High Court Calcutta pursuant to an order passed in AP 815 of 2023 on 8th December, 2023.

GA-COM 3 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b).

The Registrar Original Side, is directed to release the bank guarantee and allow the award holder / applicant to withdraw the cash security along with accrued interest in view of the settlement of the matter between the parties. Needless to mention that the parties, if required, shall comply with necessary formalities for compliance of this order by the learned Registrar, Original Side.

Accordingly, EC 315 of 2023 is disposed of.
