The Court :- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The widow of the deceased is the applicant. The other heirs in intestacy, namely, the son and the daughter have given consent to the grant of Letters of Administration.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.45 lakhs with one surety.

The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of accordingly.
