...for the respondents The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents submit that the parties have settled the matter in terms of a Minutes of a meeting held on 23rd September, 2023. The Minutes have been placed before the Court and record, inter alia, the facts of settlement. AP/430/2023 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Needless to say that the petitioner will have other recourse available to it in law if the settlement does not work out between the parties. Copy of the Minutes is kept on record.
