The Investigating agency is directed to conduct the investigation in a fair, impartial and unbiased manner and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

The grievance of the petitioner having been redressed, the writ petition is disposed of.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Since no affidavit has been called for, allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
