The Court: Let the judgment and order dated September 26, 2025 be corrected in the following manner:- (i) In the first line of paragraph 3 and in the first line of paragraph 6 of the judgment, the word "ex parte" shall stand deleted. (ii) In the penultimate line of paragraph 5, the word "position" shall stand substituted by the word "possession".

(iii) At paragraph 6, in the second line, the word "Statesman" shall stand deleted and be substituted with the words "the parties". (iv) At paragraph 12, in the penultimate line, after the word "executed", the words "the conveyance" will be inserted. (v) In the third line of paragraph 57 of the judgment, the word "mortgagee" shall be substituted by the word "mortgagor". Let these corrections be incorporated in the judgment and order dated September 26, 2025.
