The Court: Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. As the bank is willing to proceed de novo in the matter of declaration of fraud by issuing fresh show cause and upon supplying all the documents to be relied upon in the said notice, WPO/917/2024 is disposed of by setting aside the impugned show cause.

Needless to mention, opportunity of hearing should be given to the petitioner after receiving the reply of the petitioner, before the bank takes any decision.
