The Court :- This is an application for grant probate of the last Will and Testament dated 15th March, 2021 left behind by the abovenamed deceased which is a registered one.

One of the daughters of the testatrix being an heiress in intestacy is the applicant. Another daughter being the other heiress in intestacy has given consent to the grant of probate.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
