Order passed by the Chief Municipal Health Officer of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation on 9th November, 2024 is placed before this Court. The same is retained on record. It appears therefrom that certain remedial measures have been suggested by the said officer. The petitioner has been given liberty to inform the authority if the disturbance recurs.

It is made clear that the competent authority of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation shall conduct periodical visits and ensure that the measures suggested in the order dated 9th November, 2024 are complied with by the person concerned. 3.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
