The Court: The parties have settled the disputes being the subject matter of the suit and have placed a Terms of Settlement dated 24th July, 2025 duly signed by the plaintiff and the defendants and their respective advocates. The Terms of Settlement has been stamped and punched on 25th July, 2025. Let the Terms of Settlement be kept with the record.

On a perusal of the Terms of Settlement, it appears that the compromise recorded in the Terms of Settlement is apparently lawful. The suit is treated as on day's list and is decreed in terms of the Terms of Settlement dated 24th July, 2025.

The decree be drawn up expeditiously by treating the Terms of Settlement dated 24th July, 2025 as part thereof.

Since the suit is finally decreed, all connected applications stand disposed of without any further order.
