The Court: After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, it appears that the only grievance of the petitioner relates to the refusal of the Export-Import Bank of India to take steps in the matter of request of a onetime settlement. The petitioner wrote several letters to the Bank from 31st March, 2021, the last one being of 29th March, 2022. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that the Bank is not willing for the offer of Rs.2 crores made by the petitioner. However, since there is nothing in writing forthcoming from the Bank, the Bank is directed to give a hearing to the petitioner on 24th June, 2022, at a designated time which is to be informed to the petitioner by 17th June, 2022. The Bank shall dispose of the request of the petitioner by way of writing which is to be given to the petitioner within 27th June, 2022. WPO/2268/2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
