The Court : By an order dated 3 August, 2018, a warrant of arrest had been issued against the judgment debtors. The Report dated 3 August, 2018 filed by the Deputy Sheriff reflects that there has been delay on the part of the award holder in lodging the warrant with the office of the Deputy Sheriff. In such circumstances, EC/271/2017 stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution if the circumstances so warrant.
