Upon recusal of the learned Arbitrator who was appointed by the Court to arbitrate the disputes between the parties, this application has been filed by the claimant for appointment of a substituted arbitrator. Considering the records, this Court deems it fit to appoint a substituted arbitrator. Accordingly, Mr.Rishabh Karnani, learned Advocate (Mob. No.9830714333) is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to arbitrate the

disputes between the parties. This appointment is subject to compliance of Section 12 of the said Act, 1996.

The learned Arbitrator shall fix his remuneration as per the Schedule of the Act of 1996.

The arbitration will continue from the stage it was last heard and the parties will request the learned arbitrator to hand over the papers. Accordingly, AP-COM/848/2024 is disposed of.
