Perusal of the order passed by this Court on August 17, 2016 shows that the applicant was given liberty to produce the duly stamped agreement within five weeks from that date and only thereafter, in case of compliance, the application was to be considered on merits, otherwise the same was to be treated as dismissed automatically.

There is nothing available on record to show that the agreement as mentioned in the aforesaid order was submitted by the applicant. 3.

In view of the order passed by this Court on August 17, 2016, the present application is dismissed.
