The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the arbitration is commenced. Accordingly, she prays that the present Section 9 application bearing AP No.391 of 2022 may be disposed of. In light of the above submissions, AP No.391 of 2022 is disposed of. The interim orders passed on 22nd August, 2022 and 19th September, 2022 shall continue for a period of six weeks or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator whichever is earlier.
