1. The matter was listed on 19th March, 2025. As per the prayer made by the Counsel for the plaintiff, the case was adjourned on 21st April, 2025. The matter was again listed on 17th June, 2025 but on the date fixed, none appeared on behalf of the parties. No accommodation was sought for. Accordingly, the matter was placed in the warning list. Even after placing the matter in the warning list, the matter is placed before this Court today and when the matter is called, none appears on behalf of either of the parties. No accommodation is sought for.

2. Considering the above circumstances, the plaintiff is not interest to proceed with the matter.

3. Accordingly, CS-COM/777/2024 (Old No. CS/248/2017) is dismissed for default.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
