...for the respondent The Court: Heard Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. This is an application for extension of mandate of the Arbitrator. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that the application should be allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended for a further period of twelve months for completion of the arbitral proceeding and for delivery and declaration of the Award. Since no affidavits have been filed, the allegations made in the application are deemed not to have been admitted. AP/393/2022 is disposed of.
