It is submitted by the plaintiff and the defendant Nos. 1 to 6 that they have entered into an out of court settlement. The terms of such settlement is recorded in a terms of settlement dated 22nd August, 2023, which is duly signed by the plaintiff and defendant No. 1 to 6 and counter signed by their respective advocates.

By consent of parties, the suit being CS 140 of 2023 is treated as on the

day's list and is disposed of by recording the settlement. The terms of settlement dated 22nd August, 2023 placed before the Court is taken on record.

Let a decree be drawn up as expeditiously as possible by treating the terms of settlement dated 22nd August, 2023 filed in Court today and taken on record as part of the decree.

The suit is, accordingly, disposed of.
