The Court:-The private respondents being the owners of the subject premises have entered into talks with developers for demolition/reconstruction of the condemned building. It has been submitted that steps will be taken in the matter in accordance with law and in terms of the direction passed by the Deputy Chief Engineer [Civil]/Building/North, Kolkata Municipal Corporation on 12.09.2022.

In view of the above, there is no requirement of passing any further order in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
