The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased without the Will annexed.

The testator left behind two heiresses in intestacy respectively being the widow and the daughter as his mother pre-deceased him. The widow has applied for letters of administration and the daughter has given consent. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
