The Court: By an order dated 8 August, 2025 this Court had granted a last chance to the petitioner to file their paper-books. By the said order the Court had categorically observed that the petitioner had been indolent and casual in taking no steps in the matter.

Mr. Abhirup Chatterjee, Advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the paper-books have still not been prepared nor filled. The appeal was filed as far back as in 2023 and the petitioner has simply taken no steps in the matter.

In view of the above, IPDATM/269/2023 stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) spal
