respondents The Court : As per the order dated 7th April, 2022, the matter was listed on 6th April, 2022 but none appeared on behalf of the either of the parties and for the ends of justice the matter was adjourned till 7th April, 2022. On 7th April, 2022 again none appeared on behalf of either of the parties and for the ends of justice as last opportunity the matter was listed on 12th April, 2022. The matter was again listed today. None appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for but the counsel for the respondents is present.

It transpired from the record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter as in spite of several opportunities given to the petitioner the petitioner failed to appear before this Court to present the case. In view of the above, this Court finds no other alternative but to dismiss AP 988 of 2014 for default.

Stay order, if any, granted is hereby vacated. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) sb.
