..for the respondent No. 1 to 3 The Court: This is an application for contempt. Pursuant to an earlier order of this Court, the parties have entered into a settlement.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner does not want to proceed any further with this application. The Affidavit dated 10th September, 2022 affirmed by the respondents be kept with the records.

Clause 16 of the Terms of Settlement of the affidavit directing the alleged contemnor to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- as costs incurred in

litigation shall stand deleted. There is no need for the alleged contemnor to pay this amount.
