The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The petitioners Nalin Kumar Singh and Gautam Kumar Singh had jointly filed the application for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of deceased Rajan Kumar, son of late Shesh Nath Singh. Father Shesh Nath Singh, mother Nirmala Singh @ Nirmala Devi, wife Reshma Kumari Singh @ Reshma Singh and minor children namely Rittika Singh, Anwesha Singh and Aarav Singh have already departed their lives along with deceased in road accident on 22nd March, 2017 at Burdwan. The deceased died testate leaving behind these two petitioners only as his legal heirs. Now, the petitioners pray for grant of Letters of Administration to the estate of deceased.

Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, death certificate of Rajan Kumar, Shesh Nath Singh, Nirmala Singh, Reshma Kumari Singh, Rittika Singh, Anwesha Singh and Aarav Singh.

This Court finds that there is no impediment for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioners.

In view of the above, prayer (a) of the application is allowed. PLA No. 366 of 2018 along with GA No. 4 of 2023 is disposed of. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) Sbghosh
