For petitioner The Court :-This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 20th December, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The heirs in intestacy on having been served with the citation has not come forward to object to the grant. No one has turned up to object. No one otherwise has turned up to object the grant. "No caveat certificate" has been issued by the department. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the probate is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [c] of the petition.

The petition for grant of probate being PLA 306 of 2022 stands disposed of, accordingly.
