The Court : The memorandum of review, and the stay petition are accompanied by an application for condonation of delay. Learned Advocate for the review application submits that since there are mistakes in the application for condonation of delay, leave may be granted to withdraw the application for condonation of delay, stay petition and the memorandum of review and file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

In such circumstances, on the prayer of the learned Advocate for the review applicant, the application for condonation of delay along with the
