The Court: Larned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the writ petition has become infructuous since the respondent Indian Bank did not receive any bids pursuant to the same notices published in "The Financial Express" on 30th May, 2022. The prayer in the writ petition is for quashing the said sale notice.

Hence nothing further remains in the writ petition. WPO/2272/2022 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
