This is an application for extension of time for making and publishing the arbitral award by the sole Arbitrator. Keeping in mind the covid pandemic, I am of the view that the extension should be granted. Accordingly, the application being AP/409/2022 is allowed and the time to make and publish the arbitral award is extended for a period of six months.

AP/409/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
