The Court: This is an application for extension of time to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish the award. The matter is at the stage of argument. The mandate of the arbitrator expired on October 2, 2024.

Considering the pleadings, the submissions and the progress made in the proceedings, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for

extension of time to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award. Accordingly, the time is extended by a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned arbitrator. Accordingly, AP-COM/855/2024 is disposed of.
