THE COURT:- This is an application for Letters of Administration of the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed made by the widow of the deceased. The two sons of the deceased being the other heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 16,50,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
