The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 29th June, 2021 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The testatrix was a spinster. The only surviving brother of the deceased is the heir in intestacy of the testatrix under the provisions of Section 15 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. The said heir in intestacy has granted consent to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
